Fleeting thoughts

Any belief in thoughts or the stories they weave—be they upbeat or blissful, morose or cranky—plunges us back onto that bumpy, winding road of mind trips.

So what do we do with the thought stories when they visit with their suitcases full of doubts and fears? Do we ask them to unpack their bags and stay? Sooner or later these uninvited guests bring with them misery and upsets. Why not bid them a cordial good-bye!
